Green Horse is a conscious living boutique that has been based in Northcote for over 13 years. They have recently expanded to a second location in Warrandyte serving both communities by stocking some of Australia’s best sustainable and ethical brands from fashion, homewares, childrenswear, and skin care.
I started working with Green Horse on a campaign-basis in late 2024 when I was brought on to run their organic social presence, email marketing and Meta ads for their biggest sale event. We continued working together on campaigns until late 2025 when we started the Strategic Partnership Retainer and ongoing work.

What I Did
The Vision for the Project
After several successful sales campaigns, Green Horse brought me on for a full service marketing retainer. I loved developing their full marketing strategy and then being able to implement it across social, email and paid. I built their email marketing automations and campaigns from the ground up, including email design, flow structure and regular campaign sends.
I increased their overall social media presence and engagement through considered strategy, social content capture, editing, copywriting and management. I also worked with the Green Horse team on special projects such as overhauling their Loyalty Program to increase profitability and a customer survey which helped us fine-tune their messaging and offers.
